Jessica Cheney

Director of Events

Jessica Cheney fell in love with Lake Las Vegas on a trip in high school with fellow students. She was a representative of her school in the Mayor’s Commission to bring young adults’ ideas and opinions of current activities and events in Henderson. Never did she believe that she would have the opportunity to one day work at the lake she toured twenty years ago. Jessica loves to build and plan events from the ground up.

She planned the first ever Lake Las Vegas Days Food and Wine Festival and has worked on events at the lake for Cisco, Lotus Broadcasting, Henderson Symphony, and Iheart. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her three children.

Executive Chef

Lake Las Vegas Resort’s resident celebrity chef makes every event at Reflection Bay Golf Club memorable. Winner of FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen Season 12 with Gordon Ramsay, Scott moved to Southern Nevada from his native Wisconsin to serve as Head Chef of Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill at Caesar’s Palace in 2014.

Scott has since branched out with his own ventures, co-founding hospitality consulting firm Established Culinary Management, joining the Lake Las Vegas culinary family, working with other hospitality establishments and opening his own restaurant The Stove in Henderson. In his work at Lake Las Vegas, Scott has created events ranging from intimate wine dinners to large-scale events with more than 3,000 guests. He and his teams work to make every experience a memorable one.

Among Scott’s hallmark events are Reflection Bay’s 200+ weddings per year, wine dinners, Mother’s Day and Easter events, Valentine’s Day events, wine & food fests, regular community events and the annual Lake Las Vegas Days celebration throughout the month of May. Scott brings a special element of community to every event with his trademark dishes and winning smile.
